We know the struggle because weā€™ve lived it. With over 11 years as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and 8+ years of experience as a Clinical Director, Brannon Chester has built a reputation for developing confident, capable clinicians and creating systems that support both patient outcomes and therapist efficiency. Having mentored countless physical therapists straight out of school, he understands the real world challenges that come with transitioning from the classroom to the clinic. Brannon understands firsthand the steep learning curve, the daily pressures of productivity, and the constant balancing act between patient care and administrative overload.
Brannon knows what it takes to deliver high quality care while navigating the complexities of insurance, documentation, and daily productivity demands. Through years of hands-on leadership, he has developed practical strategies that empower therapists to make faster, more effective clinical decisions and build advanced treatment programs that truly move the needle for their patients.

As a First Surgical Assistant she understands patient care from the inside out and as a seasoned Practice Administrator, she knows what it takes to run a thriving and efficient practice.
Stephanie has led multi-site operations, streamlined administrative systems and developed cost effective strategies that drive growth, quality and profitability. She has extensive experience in HR, compliance, and team development. She has helped clinics strengthen their operations while creating positive, sustainable workplace cultures.
